Please provide the email address of the member of staff responsible for photography and filming permissions. Any event photographs featuring your pupils that are selected for promotional use may be shared with this contact for review where required.

By submitting this form, I acknowledge that photography and video recording may take place during sessions for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes. I confirm that my school will inform the Festival media team of any pupils who do not have media consent and will ensure that appropriate staff identify these pupils where necessary. I also confirm that parental/guardian permissions are up to date and that the school will comply with its safeguarding and media consent procedures. Where photographs are shared with the designated school contact for review, any objections must be communicated by the end of that working day. In the absence of any objections within this timeframe, Gibunco Gibraltar Literary Festival reserves the right to publish and use the images in accordance with the acknowledgements and consent arrangements outlined above.

Please note that, due to scheduling constraints and author availability, we cannot guarantee that schools will be allocated their preferred time. Every effort will be made to accommodate preferences wherever possible. Once author allocations have been confirmed, schools will be contacted with further details and arrangements.
