The Art Of Graphic Story Telling an interactive talk by writer, Sally Bayley
Sally Bayley's interactive talk on "The Art of Graphic Story Telling" is a unique event that combines literature with visual storytelling. The session will feature an interactive reading of her literary memoir, "Girl With Dove," using movement, gesture, and aspects of song and percussion. Participants will be encouraged to draw upon their own reading vocabulary and history to create a form of spoken word-collage. The event will also include a discussion and screening of an award-winning film by Suzie Hanna based on the work of poet and illustrator, Stevie Smith. This event is a testament to the power of literature and visual storytelling to inspire and transform.
